Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks (30 days) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks (30 days) after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you the customer(s) notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, email email@example.com
Wrong Address - If you the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
*If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you the customer reports they have yet to receive it, Christian By Design LLC won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
You may choose to file a claim with the shipping carrier for those missing items.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Christian By Design LLC does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks and skin care/body products, etc which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks or skin care/body products or the like won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returned by Customer - It is best advised that you contact Christian By Design LLC before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods (within 7 days) to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,therefore Christian By Design LLC reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
